We want you to have a smooth and comfortable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds according to the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is defective, damaged, or missing parts upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To be eligible:
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must include original tags, manuals, stickers, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and policy reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Used toys or items showing signs of wear
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Clearance or sale items (if marked as “final sale”)
• Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact us at info@chapter1pakistan.com with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos or video of the issue (if damaged or defective)
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, you will receive:
• Return instructions
• Pickup schedule or drop-off courier details
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund timelines:
• Refund to original payment method: 7–10 business days
• Bank transfer (if applicable): 3–5 business days
• Store credit: Issued instantly after approval
Refunds may be denied if:
• The item is not returned in its original condition
• The product appears used or tampered
• The return is initiated after 7 days
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
• Wrong size or variation
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• Full refund (case-by-case basis)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or not working:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
• We may arrange replacement or a refund based on the situation
We aim to resolve such cases quickly and fairly.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return according to policy.
8. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it is our fault (wrong, damaged, defective item).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
