• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales, seasonal events, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier companies across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.
For major cities:
Delivery within 2–4 business days.
For other cities / remote areas:
Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Holiday seasons
• Unreachable or incomplete addresses
3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (details will be mentioned on banners or checkout).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is offered:
• Please ensure your mobile number is active for courier coordination.
• Refusal of COD parcels without valid reason may limit future orders from our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a:
• Tracking number
• Courier details
• Tracking link (if available)
You can monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• Re-shipping fees may apply.
• Delivery timelines will restart after the correct address is provided.
Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging:
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
• In case of a lost package (very rare), we will coordinate with the courier for resolution and send a replacement or refund as applicable.
